Is IV therapy right for me?

If you're generally healthy and looking for a considered approach to how you feel and function, it's worth having a conversation with us. IV therapy isn't a treatment for illness, and it isn't right for everyone - which is why every client goes through a health assessment before we proceed. We do not provide infusions during pregnancy, and there are other circumstances where we'll advise against it. If you're unsure, reach out and we can talk it through before you commit to anything.

I'm breastfeeding. Can I book?

Unfortunately not at this stage. We don't provide infusions to clients who are currently breastfeeding. We know that's not the answer you were hoping for, and we'd rather be upfront than take a booking that isn't appropriate. Once you've finished breastfeeding, we'd love to hear from you - and if you'd like to be kept in the loop, you're welcome to reach out and we'll add you to our contact list.

Do I need to go anywhere?

No. We come to you at home with everything needed for the appointment. There's no waiting room, no travel, and no disruption to your day beyond the appointment itself.

What happens at an appointment?

When we arrive, we'll start with a brief one-on-one health assessment - this is where we ask about your current health, any relevant history, and what you're hoping to get out of the session. We will check your blood pressure and vitals too. After that, we'll discuss what's appropriate for you and, if we're both happy to proceed, get you settled for your drip. The infusion itself typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. We stay with you the whole time, so there's no rushing off once the line is in. Most clients find it straightforward and relaxing.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes, a prescription is required, but you don't need to organise it yourself. We take care of that before your first appointment. Once you've made an enquiry and we've had a chance to discuss what's right for you, we'll handle the prescription process on your end so that everything is in order before we arrive.
