Booking & Cancellation Terms
These terms apply to all bookings, online or by phone. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings
• Bookings need at least 24 hours’ notice.
• We travel across Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter. Travel fees outside this area are quoted when you book.
• A booking reserves a time. Every infusion depends on clinical assessment, so not every booking will go ahead.
• You must be 18 or over. We can’t treat anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Health questionnaire
• Complete it at least 24 hours before your appointment so our doctor can review it.
• Your information must be complete and accurate. Tell us about any changes before your appointment.

Payment
• A $150 deposit is charged at booking and comes off your total session cost.
• For your first booking or a new prescription, the deposit includes a $50 scripting fee.
• The balance is paid at your infusion by card or bank transfer.

Cancellations and rescheduling
• More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund of your deposit.
• Within 48 hours, a missed appointment, an incomplete questionnaire, or inaccurate or withheld health information: your deposit becomes credit for one appointment within three months.
• Not suitable for an infusion: full refund, or $100 if our doctor has already prescribed.
• If we need to cancel: you choose a full refund or a new time.
• To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice is treated as a new booking; within 48 hours, the cancellation terms above apply.
• Please cancel or reschedule by phone, text or email, not social media.

Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for three years and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Privacy and your rights
Your health information is only seen by our nurses and prescribing doctor, and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
